Fire Safety Budgeting

Managing Your Costs Without the Risk

At Benfield Fire Safety, we realise that every business is different, and it’s important to have the fire safety training and support that meets your needs. Fire safety budgeting is vital – getting this wrong can be very costly, and not just financially. But tackling your fire safety properly shouldn’t result in paying huge bills.

That’s why Benfield Fire Safety takes a unique approach to fire safety budgeting. By auditing your requirements, we work with you to develop a bespoke portfolio of services at a fixed monthly cost, giving you certainty and control over your expenses without compromising on quality.

Retainer Service

Typically, our retainer service includes an annual fire risk assessment and a bespoke range of fire safety training sessions held throughout the year, including fire safety awareness training, fire extinguisher training, fire evacuation drills, and fire warden training. What’s included in your retained service depends on your requirements and the challenges that you face.

For residential nursing homes, we also provide fire safety training for carers and evacuation chair training. These sessions can be delivered flexibly in the evenings and at weekends to fit around shift patterns.

We also offer unlimited fire safety advice as part of your fixed monthly fee. This allows us to support your needs continuously. Our consultancy services are particularly useful if you’re acquiring property or developing existing sites and want to understand what changes are necessary for compliance. With our focus on fire safety budgeting, you can ensure that compliance doesn’t exceed your planned costs.

Managing Your Costs

In this ever-changing world, we understand that your business needs certainty to budget and plan for the future. By integrating fire safety budgeting into our approach, paying monthly installments spreads the cost and smoothing out your cash flow. This provides greater financial flexibility while maintaining the high quality of your fire safety provision.

Quality Assurance

Many other fire safety providers sell on price with up-front fees and lack credentials, experience, or insurance.

At Benfield Fire Safety, all of our fire risk assessors and fire safety trainers are qualified instructors and ex-fire officers with more than 25 years’ experience. We’re accredited by BAFE – the independent fire safety register – and are an approved training provider with IOSH.

Our reputation is very important to us, and we aim to be your trusted fire safety partner. By incorporating fire safety budgeting into our services, we strive to provide ongoing support for all your fire safety needs while keeping you up-to-date and compliant with the law.
