Our Approach And Solution
Benfield Fire Safety has been providing ongoing support to West Hill Park School since January 2015, when we first undertook a fire risk assessment and provided training.
We have an excellent relationship with the school, fulfilling all their fire safety needs. Our qualified team train the school’s staff for the first time and as a refresher to keep their training topped up. We use our digital fire simulator, laser-guided extinguishers, and smoke generators to create real-fire situations and make the experience of a fire emergency at the school as realistic as possible. The use of our gas simulator has allowed staff to also experience the heat from actual fires whilst attempting to extinguish them with the use of real extinguishers of various types.
Benfield Fire Safety has been our fire safety partner for a number of years. The team is extremely knowledgeable, and they conduct the training and fire risk assessments to a very high standard. The training is tailored to our specific requirements and presented professionally. Following the training, our staff understand what is required from them and they have the right skills, knowledge and confidence going forward.
