Which is why Benfield Fire Safety does things differently. By auditing your requirements, we work with you to develop a bespoke portfolio of services at a fixed fee monthly cost.
Typically, our retainer service includes an annual fire risk assessment and a bespoke range of fire safety training sessions held throughout the year; including fire safety awareness training, fire extinguisher training, fire evacuation drills, and fire warden training. What’s included in your retained service depends on your requirements and the challenges that you face.
For residential nursing homes, we also provide fire safety training for carers and evacuation chair training, and these sessions can be delivered flexibly in the evenings and at weekends to fit around shift patterns.
We also offer unlimited fire safety advice as part of your fixed monthly fee. This allows us to always support your needs. Consultancy is particularly useful if you’re acquiring property or developing existing sites and want to understand what changes are necessary for fire safety compliance.
